Dexter and The Moonrocks Tempe reviews
Not bad but not the best
I saw Night Ranger for the first time when they opened, and it was a terrible performance. They played too many songs by other artists, and they seemed very disorganized. It would be better if they dropped Night Ranger and extended the stage time for the other two bands. Dexter and The Moonrocks, whom I've seen before in Sturgis, put on a good show. However, I'm not a big fan of Dexter and The Moonrocks. Styx stole the show, performing flawlessly as a team of true showmen. Every time I've seen them, they have never faltered. I've seen Styx in Savannah, Columbia, Myrtle Beach, and Charleston. This is the second time I've seen Dexter and The Moonrocks. It was my fourth time seeing Styx. I purchased the tickets during a Labor Day promotion for $20.00 each. If I had bought them at full price, I would have thought it was too expensive. The seats at the North Charleston Coliseum would have been good if not for the railing obstructing our view. They shouldn't even charge for those seats. What's the point of attending an event if you have to keep moving your head around to see "through" the railing? Fortunately, there were empty seats beside us, so we moved over to see better.
